What is EVF?
The Enduo Venture Fellowship (EVF) is an entrepreneurship development program that helps ambitious university students explore opportunities to acquire, manage, and grow established small businesses.
Instead of starting a company from scratch, fellows research existing businesses with proven business models and sustainable cash flows, potentially developing them into investment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Candidates
Who Are We Looking For?
University students and recent graduates who:
- Have entrepreneurial ambitions or an interest in running a business.
- Enjoy research, analytical thinking, and solving business problems.
- Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Can work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Are familiar with and interested in working in Singapore or other Southeast Asian markets.
- Speak fluent English; additional Southeast Asian languages are an advantage.
All academic disciplines welcome. No prior investment experience required.
Candidates don’t need to have a business idea or entrepreneurial experience to begin the journey. What you need is curiosity, initiative, and the ambition to build something enduring.
